The Truth - Al Haq ("we", "our", "the app") is a Quran and Islamic companion app. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
Location Data: The app requests your device location solely to calculate accurate prayer times and Qibla direction for your area. Your location is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Usage Data: The app stores your reading position, bookmarks, Tasbih counts, and alarm preferences locally on your device using local storage. This data is never sent to any server.
No Account Required: The Truth - Al Haq does not require any account, login, or registration. No email, phone number, or personal identifiable information is collected.
Location: Used for prayer times and Qibla direction calculation.
Notifications: Used for prayer time Adhan alerts.
Audio/Background: Used for Quran recitation and Adhan playback in the background.
Internet: Used to fetch Quran text, audio, and translations from public APIs.
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
The app fetches Quran data from public APIs (AlQuran Cloud API) for displaying Quran text and translations.
All user preferences, bookmarks, and cached data are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any server-side database of user data. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.
The Truth - Al Haq is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
